On Tuesday, July 23, Plum Creek Environmental, a heavy equipment manufacturer for the solid waste and recycled materials industries, announced its acquisition of Premier Containers, a waste and recycling equipment manufacturer in the Northeast. According to the company’s press release, this acquisition marks a significant milestone in Plum Creek’s commitment to expanding its capacity and geographical presence.

“Premier’s reputation for delivering heavy-duty Rolloff Containers and Waste Containers perfectly complements our commitment to providing equipment that is built to last,” said James Wamble, partner at Plum Creek. “This strategic move allows us to broaden our geographical reach and ensures that we continue to meet and exceed our customers’ needs.”

Established in 2009, Plum Creek Environmental provides equipment solutions to the waste and recycled materials industries. Some of the equipment the company produces includes rolloff containers, front and rear load dumpsters, and a full line of stationary and self-contained compactors.

“We are thrilled,” said Mike Panciocco, general manager at Premier. “This transaction represents a major growth opportunity for both companies. By combining our expertise and resources, we are poised to greatly expand our manufacturing capabilities”.

Panciocco added that the partnership reinforces the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and product delivery.

“We look forward to showcasing Plum Creek’s reputation as a leading provider of quality waste and recycling equipment,” he said.
