Nidhi Turakhia, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), has been a driving force within Allied Alloys for over two decades. Starting as an intern and rising to the role of CEO in January 2023, Turakhia brings unmatched industry knowledge and leadership. With a double B.A. in economics and Spanish from UT Austin, as well as an MBA from Houston Baptist University, Turakhia is committed to advancing Allied Alloys’ strategic goals while fostering a culture of innovation and integrity.
Gary Hensley, Chief Operating Officer (COO), joined Allied Alloys in June 2024 and has nearly 30 years of experience in the recycling industry. His extensive background includes mill buying, commercial, and operational management roles, equipping him to oversee Allied Alloys’ operational strategy and enhance its market presence.
Alasdair Gledhill, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), is a seasoned marketing leader dedicated to elevating Allied Alloys’ brand visibility and market influence. His strategic marketing expertise will play a key role in advancing the company’s growth trajectory and expanding its global reach.
This leadership transition follows the strong foundation built by Allied Alloys’ partners, Mukesh Turakhia and Andy Mitch Greenberg, whose leadership and guidance have been instrumental in the company’s growth. As the new leadership team steps forward, Mukesh Turakhia and Greenberg have transitioned to advisory roles, continuing to provide their invaluable insights and expertise.
