On Tuesday, Nov. 1, registration opened for the annual ISRI Convention and Exposition, the largest event in the recycling industry year after year. ISRI2023 will be April 17–20, 2023, in Nashville, Tenn. Members can register now, and registration will be open to everyone on Wednesday, Nov. 16.

“ISRI’s convention is always a must-attend event but 2023 is the year you can’t miss,” says Rebecca Turner, ISRI’s vice president of education and events. “We are introducing new networking activities, taking attendees behind the scenes at local member facilities, and giving attendees a chance to experience Nashville as the Music City.”

ISRI2023 brings together the rhythm and harmony of recycling like no other event in the industry. For four days recyclers will sharpen their skills, gain knowledge, build relationships, grow their business, and celebrate each other.

With over 5,000 recycling industry professionals anticipated to attend, and the largest exhibit hall of any recycling event during the year, ISRI2023 will provide attendees the chance to get updates on key industry issues and trends, as well as opportunities to acquire the latest equipment and technology. Attendees can also look forward to connecting with thousands of industry professionals through the networking opportunities that have always been key to ISRI’s conventions.

“There is more opportunity for visibility through sponsorship than ever before at ISRI2023,” says Jason Glei, ISRI’s vice president of marketing. “We are fully integrating all our sponsors into the convention experience to bring maximum value to attendees and ROI to our sponsors.”

ISRI2023 programming focuses on a wide range of topics for recyclers including hot-button issues like sustainability, untapped labor markets, fire prevention, transportation, electric vehicles, and supply chain challenges and opportunities. You can find session previews here.
