The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is coordinating with National Cooperative Program partners, needs your input. To continue our work to improve safety and health management programs begun in June 2023, OSHA contracted the National Safety Council (NSC) to collect survey information on Leading Indicators to further develop a Leading Indicators Resource for employers. All responses to this survey are collected by NSC directly and strictly confidential. OSHA will only see an aggregate of the answers and not individual or organization responses.

OSHA believes that our National Cooperative Program partners represent some of the best safety practitioners in the industry and having your insight would enhance our leading indicators research. Please consider responding to the survey, linked below, by Jan. 31. If you have any questions about the survey, please reach out to the NSC primary consultant, Richard Fairfax at Richard.Fairfax@nsc.org.
